Remarkable provides a full machine warranty for our electric rail transfer carts. Within the warranty period, repairs and part replacements are free for non-human-induced quality defects. The main frame, main motor, and main controller of the complete unit come with a 12-month warranty.
Consumable wear parts including storage batteries, brake pads and reducers are excluded from free warranty service. However, sufficient small spare parts are supplied as standard factory fittings. Storage batteries carry a standard 6–8 month warranty; damage caused by artificial power depletion or overcharging is not covered by warranty.
We offer permanent access to genuine original spare parts. Standard spare parts have a lead time of 7–10 working days. For long-term cooperative clients, we can pre-pack reserved inventories of wear parts for shipment together with main units to cut your waiting time and costs.
