Product Structure

The complete machine consists of an upper jib crane hoisting unit and a lower electric transfer cart chassis unit. It adopts modular welded assembly design, enabling easy disassembly, container shipping and after-sales maintenance.

  • Column: Fabricated from heavy-duty Q355B high-strength structural steel, featuring an integrated shot-blasted surface treatment and a three-layer anti-corrosion coating system for superior durability and excellent resistance to heavy-load overturning.
  • Jib Arm: Equipped with 360° electric rotation and an adjustable outreach ranging from 2 to 8 m. Fitted with an electric wire rope hoist, with lifting capacity customizable to meet specific application requirements.
  • Safety Protection: Standard safety features include overload protection, upper travel limit switch, electromagnetic fail-safe brake (power-loss braking), and a wire rope anti-derailment groove device to ensure safe and reliable lifting operations.
