The material transfer cart adopts a hollow through-type protective structure design. There is no load-bearing base plate inside the barrel, and the vehicle does not bear the workpiece directly throughout the transportation cycle. Workpieces are fully supported by station jacking equipment, fixed lifting mechanisms or dedicated ground pallets during the entire transfer process. Serving only as a mobile sealed protective enclosure, the transfer vehicle performs isolation, shielding and protection functions during transportation without providing mechanical support for the workpieces.
This structure completely eliminates risks such as extrusion, friction and collision damage to precision components and high-hazard materials. It constitutes a dedicated transfer solution for operating conditions requiring high hazard control, high cleanliness and high shielding performance.

This material transfer cart adopts a modular split structure, consisting of four independent modules: heavy-duty trackless chassis, hydraulic shielding barrel, travel drive system and intelligent electronic control system. Each module enables easy maintenance and strong adaptability to diverse working conditions.

Heavy-Duty Reinforced Trackless Chassis Platform
It adopts an integrally welded steel frame featuring high structural rigidity and excellent resistance to deformation. The chassis neatly integrates power battery packs, hydraulic power unit, drive assembly, electric control cabinet, alarm system and anti-collision mechanism internally. The widened chassis layout effectively lowers the overall vehicle center of gravity, ensuring stable steering, start-stop operation and low-speed travel under heavy-load conditions, and preventing rollover, deviation and vibration issues.

Hydraulic Shielding Barrel
It adopts a split half-curved barrel driven synchronously by dual hydraulic cylinders for smooth, highly synchronous jamming-free opening and closing. Barrel linings can be customised per working conditions: radiation-shielding lead sheets, high-temperature insulation, acid-alkali anti-corrosion liners and dustproof gaskets, satisfying isolation needs of diverse high-hazard materials. The barrel seals tightly upon closure. Paired with matching linings, it offers fully enclosed protection against dust, radiation, volatiles and external contact.

Trackless Rubber-Travel Wheel System
Fitted with industrial solid polyurethane drive wheels, the system offers wear resistance, quiet operation and non-marking performance without damaging epoxy flooring. Straight-line steering and 360° in-place omnidirectional travel modes are available as optional configurations. No rails or extensive civil engineering modifications are required. Operating routes are unrestricted; the vehicle can switch between workstations freely and plan transfer paths flexibly, making it suitable for complex workshop layouts.

Intelligent Electronic Control System
Standardly equipped with industrial wireless remote control, it enables remote start/stop, travelling, steering, and barrel opening and closing. The equipment reserves interfaces for fully automatic upgrade and can be integrated with AGV systems featuring laser, magnetic tape or QR code navigation. It supports connection with workshop MES and PLC systems to realize fully automatic unattended transportation, automatic positioning and automatic cyclic operation.
